Fees, dates and how entry works
How does entry work?
Entry is selective and determined by audition. You submit the application form, we contact you within 7 days to arrange an audition interview over Zoom, and offers are made on a rolling basis. Because places are limited, applying early matters. Many spots are filled before the deadline.
Who is the program for?
Aspiring and professional actors seeking intensive, industry-focused training while still keeping up with work, life and audition commitments. Open to actors aged 18 and over. Most students are Brisbane based, though some travel in from the Gold Coast and further afield.
How much time does it take each week?
Saturdays 10am to 4pm in West End and Wednesdays 6.30pm to 9pm, plus 2 to 5 hours of homework a week. A small number of extra classes and career consults are offered outside those hours and are included in the fee.
What if I am not accepted?
Unsuccessful applicants are encouraged to train in one of our other courses and are welcome to reapply for a future intake. We are not able to give individual feedback on applications.
Can I pay it off?
Yes. Payment plans and flexible payment schedules are available on all payments. The 20% deposit is due on acceptance of a place.
Applications close early January
Peter reviews every application himself and auditions are booked as they come in. The earlier you apply, the more of the intake is still open.
